Rail unions considering ‘updated’ offer from train firms but ‘no decision’ taken yet as more disruption looms

Leaders of the most important rail employees union are contemplating an “up to date” supply from prepare corporations geared toward resolving the long-running dispute over jobs, pay and situations.

The transfer by the Rail Supply Group (RDG) follows weeks of talks in a bid to interrupt the impasse.

The Rail Maritime and Transport union (RMT) has held a sequence of strikes stretching again to final summer season which triggered journey disruption for passengers throughout the nation.
